A native of Albany, Georgia, Dr. Harper is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his internship and residency at Emory University affiliated hospitals. Dr. Harper was previously on staff at the Piedmont Hospital Medical Care Center in Brookhaven. He is board certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association.
