Dr. James Richardson

Jorge Cheirif, M.D., was born and raised in Mexico City. He obtained his medical degree from the National University of Mexico and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.Cheirif is the director of the non-invasive cardiology lab, medical director of the Hispanic Initiative, and immediate past president and director of the Behavioral Event Review Committee (BERC) at Texas Health Dallas. He also serves as chair of the Heart & Vascular Accreditation Case Manager (HV-ACM) strategy committee. He is board-certified in cardiovascular diseases and internal medicine, focusing on consultative cardiology, echocardiography, CT angiography and cardiac catheterization.Cheirif was on the American Heart Association local affiliate board of directors for two years; has received the Clinician Scientist Award from the American Heart Association; and was named Teacher of the Year by Ochsner Clinic, Texas Health Dallas, and Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Alpesh Amin is a fellowship-trained cardiologist and heart failure physician. He is also board-certified in cardiology and heart failure. During his final year in cardiology training, he served as chief fellow.Dr. Amin is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He serves as a regional reviewer for the Heart Transplant Committee of the United Network of Organ Sharing. When not with his patients, Dr. Amin enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his children in soccer. Dr. Le is also trained in vascular imaging and CT imaging. Dr. Le also provides expertise in rhythm management and pacemaker implants. He is a testamur of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (NASPE).Dr. Le has a strong philosophy concerning a balanced life and applies this in his practice and focus in preventive and general cardiology. Raising five kids with his wife, he truly understands the demands that patients have in their lives and makes every effort to balance that with the latest cutting-edge therapy in cardiovascular care, whether that is through medications or, if necessary, invasive and interventional procedures. Aside from his practice and family, Dr. Le has managed to complete his MBA program from the University of Texas, Dallas, graduating with high honors and receiving the Beta Gamma Sigma honor. He has also managed to help start up a free medical clinic in his church and served as the medical director.
