Overview
Dr. Steinmann graduated with his D.O. degree from the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. After a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Botsford General Hospital, he completed a Spine Surgery Fellowship at the University of Washington, Harborview Medical Center, Seattle. Dr. Steinmann currently treats traumatic spinal injuries as well as degenerative problems of the neck and low back. He is the director of Spine Trauma at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Western University. Dr. Steinmann's accolades include playing a pivotal role in earning collaborative recognition by Healthgrades for Best in Orthopaedics for both Redlands Community Hospital and St. Bernardine Medical Center. Dr. Steinmann devotes a lot of his spare time volunteering with youth sports activities in the area. He and his wife Jeannette have 6 children and have lived in the Inland Empire most of their lives. During his free time he enjoys skiiing, sailing, and traveling with his family.
