Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates (C3) is an innovative cardiovascular care practice in Dallas and Rockwall, TX, led by nationally recognized cardiology specialist Dr. Tony S. Das. A Vascular Surgeon and General and Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Das is the first cardiologist in Dallas to obtain board certification for Peripheral Vascular Procedures by completing the Society of Vascular Medicine and Biology Endovascular Interventional Boards. He specializes in minimally invasive catheter-based treatments for heart, peripheral arterial, venous and valvular heart disease, including TAVR.
Dr. Das and his C3 team of cardiovascular and vascular specialists lead the field with wearable sensor technology for remote cardiovascular health monitoring.
