Clifford Baker, MD, is an ACGME board-certified interventional spine and pain management specialist at NovaSpine Pain Institute in Sun City West, Arizona. While skilled in all aspects of pain management, Dr. Baker has a passion for the latest advances in interventional spine treatments, including radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, and spinal cord stimulators.In addition to his work at NovaSpine Pain Institute, Dr. Baker continues to provide health services to underserved communities through his work with the Commitment to Underserved People Program (CUP). He later earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona and went to Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California, to finish his internship and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation. While there, Dr. Baker received the Internal Medicine Resident of the Year award for his work ethic and commitment to compassionate care and served as chief resident. He also completed an interventional spine and pain management fellowship and extensively trained in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders and other chronic pain conditions.
