He serves as the Editor-In-Chief of the Cardiovascular Section of UpToDate, and on the editorial board of 11 journals. He is on the exam writing committees for the American Board of Internal Medicine Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Exam and International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners. He has over 600 publications including authorship or co-authorship of nine books. He currently Chairs the American Heart Association Scientific Publishing Committee.
