His areas of clinical expertise include the management of complex aortic aneurysms, aortic dissections, thoracic aortic aneurysms, venous insufficiency, thoracic outlet syndrome, arterial venous malformations, congenital venous anomalies and peripheral arterial occlusive disease. Dr. Singh is the Chief of Vascular Surgery at UPMC Shadyside and sees patients at UPMC Shadyside.
