Originally from Seattle, WA, Dr. MacTaggart joined OCC-Cornerstone Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in 2019 after completing advanced training in hand and upper extremity surgery. She specializes in the full range of hand, wrist, and elbow conditions and offers the latest treatments, including fracture care, microvascular surgery, nerve decompression, repair or reconstruction, fusions and replacements, bracing, injections, and arthroscopy. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at The Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center/Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.
