Overview
During my general surgery residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, I developed a passion for treating patients who were suffering from traumatic injury or otherwise needed surgical critical care. From there, I went on to complete a fellowship in surgical critical care and acute care surgery at the University of Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center. I am glad to be a member of the HealthPartners team to continue to provide compassionate and high-level care for patients who need emergency general or trauma surgery. Outside of the hospital, I enjoy spending time with my family and anything outdoors, including photography, hiking and camping.
