Born and raised in metro Detroit, Dr. Cutler has been committed to provide care to kids in our region. Her current focus is seeing patients in the Flint area with all types of heart problems from fetal life through to young adulthood. Her interests are the care of patients with structural congenital heart disease, heart rhythm problems, fetal cardiac conditions and preventative cardiology. Dr. Cutler is a triathlete and competes in long distance swimming, biking, running events which allows her to have a better understanding of conditions in the athlete. Both her and her husband are graduates from University of Michigan and they have 2 boys who also both graduated from U of M. Her approach to taking care of patients is to treat each one as if they were her own child.

After completing medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism honor societies, Dr. Zampi completed his residency training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington DC. Dr. Zampi then completed his fellowship training in pediatric cardiology at the University of Michigan, which he followed with an additional year of subspecialty training in interventional pediatric cardiology. He is also interested in neurodevelopment and neurocognitive function in patients with congenital heart disease. In addition, Dr. Zampi has taken a lead role in quality improvement efforts within the cardiac catheterization laboratory and is involved in several national data registries to improve the care of patients who undergo cardiac catheterization procedures within the Congenital Heart Center.
