Dr. Robert Kramer

A native of north Houston, Dr. Matthew Jordan grew up in Conroe and attended Oak Ridge High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Trinity University in San Antonio before earning his medical degree from McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). He went on to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery at Texas A&M/Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple. Following his residency, Dr. Jordan returned to Houston to complete his fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Jordan is board certified through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Jordan treats a wide variety of orthopedic injuries and conditions. His special interests include treatment of acute and chronic hand and wrist disorders. Hand conditions treated include carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, ganglion cyst, Dupuytren’s, base of the thumb arthritis, fractures, sports injuries, tendon lacerations, and nail bed injuries. Wrist care includes wrist arthroscopy, De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis, Distal Radius fractures, scaphoid fractures, TFCC tears and wrist arthritis surgery.
