Dr. Robin Bhavsar

Dr. Robin Bhavsar grew up in the Houston area. He knew even as young as four-years-old, that he wanted to become a doctor. Dr. Robin Bhavsar attended Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Medicine, after graduating VCU with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He was Valedictorian of his medical school class, a feat he achieved once before when graduating from Cypress Creek High School. His Urology Fellowship was completed at Medical University of South Carolina. He chose to pursue urology because of the opportunity it provided to improve patients quality of life. Seeing people in follow-up after they've gotten better, the results are often dramatic and they get their lives back, said Bhavsar, adding that seeing this transformation makes him happy. Dr. Bhavsar and his wife, Jennifer, have two daughters, whom he enjoys spending time with. His other interests include: traveling, technology, gadgets, scuba diving and cooking.
