Overview
Dr. Mark Sada joined our group in 1997. He received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and received his MD from the University of California at Irvine in 1989. Dr. Sada’s additional training was at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. Dr. Sada is board certified in cardiology and interventional cardiology. His areas of interest include catheter-based treatment of coronary artery and peripheral vascular disease as well as carotid stenting, implantation of pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronization therapy. Dr. Andrew Dennish grew up in San Diego as the son of a cardiologist. He attended college at UCLA, where he received his B.S. in marine biology in 1996. He then attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, receiving his M.D. in 2001. He trained in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, from 2001 through 2007.Dr. Dennish is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology. He is the Chief of Staff at Templeton’s Twin Cities Community Hospital. His professional interests include preventive cardiology, non-invasive cardiac imaging and the management of chronic cardiac conditions such as coronary disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias. During his training, he participated in designing and supporting hospital-based programs for the rapid triage and assessment of chest pain, as well as a statewide network to rapidly treat heart attack victims.In his spare time, Dr. Dennish enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and following sports.
