Dr. Leticia C. Kontak

Dr. Leticia Castillo Kontak is a board-certified cardiologist with a particular interest in echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, stress testing, screening and primary prevention of cardiovascular disease and wellness. Dr. Castillo Kontak focuses on a wide range of cardiovascular disorders, including screening and management of coronary artery disease, valvular disease and arrhythmias. She provides transesophageal echocardiography imaging for percutaneous valve interventions including transcatheter edge-to-edge repair and left atrial appendage occlusion devices. As a clinical educator, she teaches in the cardiovascular disease fellowship program. Dr. Castillo Kontak holds a professional membership with the American College of Cardiology.
