I was drawn to the field of liver disease specifically because of the intellectual challenges inherent in caring for those with liver disease as well as the long-term relationships I am able to form with patients and their families. Additionally, I love to garden, cook (though toddlers are the toughest food critics), make ice cream and ride my bike.
