He has also served as the Chief of Surgery at AKDHC for five years, where he was at the forefront of treatment and intervention for end-stage renal disease and fistula creation.Dr. Tarlian has had multiple publications in many major peer-reviewed journals. He is the Director of the educational program for Western Vascular Institute's Vein Center at which he trains surgeons throughout the world in the aggressive treatment of venous diseases.
