Overview
Sameer Mehta, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating complex cardiovascular conditions. He is especially interested in complex coronary interventions, peripheral vascular disease interventions, limb salvage, cardiogenic shock management, and structural heart disease.
Dr. Mehta is also actively engaged in advancing cardiovascular treatments, staying at the forefront of innovation in cardiovascular care. His approach emphasizes precision, minimally invasive techniques, and individualized treatment planning to optimize patient outcomes.

Dr. Mehta completed his medical training at Southern Illinois University, followed by a residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical Center, a fellowship in interventional cardiology at Mid America Heart Institute, and a cardiology fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. After his fellowships, Dr. Mehta completed a post-doctoral research fellowship with Donald W. Reynolds Cardiovascular Center.
Dr. Mehta is an avid tennis player who stays active on the courts, skiing and hiking in the mountains, and golfing.

A Colorado native, Dr. Miklin received his medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He completed residency training in internal medicine and cardiology, followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular disease, at the University of Utah. Returning to Colorado, Dr. Miklin joined SCL Health�in 1983. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology, and is chief of the cardiac service line at Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Miklin�has been�named a Top Doctor by Denver�s 5280 magazine more than once, most recently in 2024.�An active runner and skier, Dr. Miklin stays in shape and enjoys world-famous Colorado skiing. Outside the hospital or clinic, you will often find him playing golf or fixing almost anything around the house.
