Dr. Bryan J. Wells

Ryan K. Crisel, M.D. obtained a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He received a medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. Dr. Crisel completed internal medicine residency in the department of medicine at the University of California-San Francisco. Dr. Crisel then completed a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at Northwestern University. Dr. Crisel joins Piedmont Heart after recently completing a fellowship in interventional cardiology at Emory University. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and physician's vascular interpretation. Dr. Crisel is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Medical Association. In his spare time, Dr. Crisel enjoys playing basketball, downhill skiing and hiking. Andrew J.P. Klein, M.D., FACC, FSCAI, earned his bachelor's degree from University of Notre Dame and his medical degree from MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. Board certified in endovascular medicine, vascular medicine, interventional cardiology and cardiovascular diseases and internal medicine, Dr. Klein is an fellow of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention.(SCAI). An expert in complex coronary and peripheral intervention, he is a member of several SCAI committees.In his spare time, Dr. Klein enjoys spending time with family, including his spouse Christina Klein, M.D., who is a transplant physician at Piedmont, and their two beautiful children. Dr. Klein is an avid exercise fanatic having run several marathons and triathlons. He is also an outdoor enthusiast having backpacked across Joshua Tree National Park and summited Half Dome with Christina when they were residents together at UCSF.
