Furthermore, she is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of medical professionals, actively supporting medical students at the Washington State University Elson E. Floyd Medical School in Everett, particularly in advancing their understanding of emerging immunotherapies. In 2023, Dr. Kelly Paulson was honored as the inaugural recipient of the Jeff Ward Award, established to memorialize him.
