Glenn Jacobowitz, MD, is a highly skilled vascular and endovascular surgeon who serves patients at Northwell Health Physician Partners Vascular Surgery at Lenox Hill as well as Northwell Health Physician Partners Surgery at Phelps. His additional training in this specialized field allows him to offer advanced techniques and innovative treatments to his patients. In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Jacobowitz holds the position of System Chief of Vascular Surgery at Northwell Health. In this role, he oversees the development and maintenance of quality inpatient and outpatient vascular procedures across Northwell Health System. Under his guidance, patients benefit from open surgery and minimally invasive endovascular procedures, with a focus on providing convenient and satisfying care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.As a nationally and internationally recognized leader in academic vascular surgery, Dr Jacobowitz has over 150 publications and had mentored students and residents for over 25 years in the art and science of vascular surgery.
