Dr. Tanguy Seiwert is an oncologist in Baltimore, caring for patients with head and neck cancer. Dr. Seiwert joined the Johns Hopkins faculty in 2019. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins, Dr. Seiwert was director of the Head and Neck Cancer Program at the University of Chicago. Dr. Seiwert’s research interests include immunologic and genomic profiling. He has given numerous invited talks on head and neck cancer both nationally and internationally. Dr. Seiwert served as chief editor for Frontiers in Head and Neck Cancer and as an editorial board member for the Journal of Clinical Oncology and Oral Oncology. He is a reviewer for multiple medical journals, including Lancet Oncology, Annals of Oncology and Clinical Cancer Research. He has been recognized by the American Association for Clinical Oncology for multiple Merit Awards and a Young Investigator Award. He was a member of the NCI Head and Neck Cancer Steering Committee, and is a member of the American Association for Clinical Oncology, the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer, and the European Society of Clinical Oncology.
