Dr. Feldman earned his medical degree from University of South Florida and completed his residency in General Surgery at SUNY DOWNSTATE and his residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at University of Florida and is board certified in Plastic Surgery.
