He has maintained active board certification in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, Hematology and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Warr received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his residency and chief residency in Internal Medicine and then his fellowship in the hematology and oncology division and the department of medicine at the University of California in San Diego, CA.
