Dr. Usman Choudhry

Dr. Abhishek Singh is a fellowship-trained heart failure cardiologist and medical director of the Atlantic Medical Group Heart Success Program, the Advanced Heart Failure program at Morristown Medical Center. He is board-certified in cardiology, advanced heart failure, and transplant cardiology.Dr. Singh uses evidence-based medicine to co-manage advanced and complicated heart failure and pulmonary hypertension patients with referring physicians.
