Dr. Zimering is a fellowship-trained spine neurosurgeon in the Department of Neurosurgery at Lenox Hill Hospital. A native of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, he attended the prestigious Pingry School and graduated as an Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholar. He earned his BA, Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa in his junior year as a testament to his exceptional academic achievements.He earned his medical degree with distinction in research from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.
