Dr. Edic Stephanian

Dr. Stephanian is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Southern California in 1987, and his surgical training under the tutelage of the renowned academic surgeon John S. Najarian, M.D. at the University of Minnesota in 1993. He completed his additional qualifications in Vascular Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center, and has been in private practice in Dallas since 1994. In 2001, he received an executive M.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University.

Dr. Stephanian has an extremely busy clinical practice of Vascular Surgery, with a special interest in varicose veins and venous surgery, as well as minimally invasive techniques for management of arterial disease. He is married, and has 4 daughters. Dr. Stephanian is a member of the Texas Medical Association, Dallas County Medical Society, Society for Peripheral Vascular Surgery, The Society for Vascular Ultrasound, the American Venous Forum, The Southern Association for Vascular Surgery and he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has over 30 publications in peer reviewed medical journals, and has made presentations at numerous scientific meetings. He is interested in developing healthcare related businesses based on his many years of clinical expertise.
