Overview
I am an interventional cardiologist, a doctor who treats blockages in heart arteries with catheter-based methods (stenting). I work with patients who have problems ranging from chronic blockages to acute heart attacks. I have a special interest in rheumatic heart disease and balloon mitral valvuloplasty. My goals are to provide the best possible care for my patients while trying to relieve symptoms, prolong life, or both. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my golden retrievers Mack and Niner, my wife, traveling, and being outdoors.
