Her research interests include novel therapies for the treatment of primary and metastatic liver cancer, and the use of navigation systems during image-guided procedures. She also has initiated several human and translational studies to advance cancer care. Her goal is to continue to develop a translational research program that will improve UCI Health patient care and outcomes.She is a member of the Royal Canadian College of Radiology and several radiological societies. She is a fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) and deputy editor of the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology. A longtime member of the SIR committee that plans largest interventional radiology conference, she will chair that planning committee in 2022.
