Abhinav Humar, MD, is the clinical director of the Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute and chief of UPMC Transplant Services. He received his medical degree from the University of Ottawa where he also completed his general surgical residency. He completed his surgical fellowship in transplantation at the University of Minnesota.
