Overview
Dr. Ziad Elghoul is one of the most compassionate and highly skilled interventional cardiologists in all of Arizona! He specializes in general cardiology, complex coronary interventions in addition to peripheral artery disease, venous ablations, and percutaneous abdominal aortic aneurysms repair.Dr. Elghoul completed his internal medicine residency at Staten Island University Hospital. He then served as a Chief Resident in Internal Medicine. He completed his general cardiology fellowship at the State University of NY (SUNY Downstate) in Brooklyn, NY and his interventional cardiology (cardiac and peripheral) fellowship at the University of Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Elghoul is board certified in nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. He has practiced cardiology in Arizona since 2001 and founded Cedars Heart Clinic in 2006.Dr Elghoul is currently the Chairman Department of Cardiology of Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. Dr. Elghoul has served as Director of the Cath Lab at Dignity Health hospitals and continues to serve on the Physician's Clinical Council at Chandler Regional Hospital. He is published in several peer-reviewed journals and continues to participate in numerous highly valuable research studies including ABSORB trial and currently PIONEER 3 trial.Dr. Elghoul has received the Excellence Award (the 7 principles of Behavior) and the Marreel Excellence in Service Award for outstanding patient care.Although Dr. Elghoul steadfast passion for patient care often leaves him little free time, when he does, he loves to be with his family at the beach, on the ski slopes or doing various outdoor activities!Our mission is to provide the highest quality medical care in a supportive and comprehensive enviroment. Dr. Georges Y. Nseir, a member founder of Premier Cardiovascular Center (PCC) is an Invasive Cardiologist. Commencing PCC in January 2010, he had ten years of experience in cardiovascular medicine. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology and Vascular and Endovascular Medicine. Previously, Dr. Nseir practiced at the Arizona Heart Institute (AHI) – East valley in Phoenix, Chandler and Casa Grande from 2000 to 2009. He joined AHI after completing his fellowship in interventional cardiology at Charleston, West Virginia. Dr. Nseir received his medical degree from the Lebanese University School of Medical Sciences in Beirut, Lebanon and completed his residency at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York. In addition to his fellowship at Charleston Area Medical Center, Dr. Nseir is a past fellow in cardiovascular disease at State University of New York in Brooklyn and Cardiovascular Interventions at Arizona Heart Institute, Phoenix, AZ. His expertise includes radial artery interventions in addition to femoral access for coronary interventions and peripheral vascular disease. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and professional memberships include: American College of Cardiology; Society of Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions and the American Heart Association. Dr. Nseir provides outpatient cardiovascular services at the PCC Chandler and Casa Grande office locations and inpatient cardiology, peripheral and interventional services at all participating area hospitals, including Banner Casa Grande, Chandler Regional Hospital, and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.To help people achieve health for life. He completed his Cardiology fellowship at Brooklyn Hospital Medical Center at New York University in New York (1997).He received his medical degree from Mysore Medical College in Mysore, India and he completed his internal medicine residency at Brooklyn Hospital Medical Center where he was chief resident during his final year.Dr. Solsi is Board certified and licensed in Nuclear Medicine and has certification to read CT Angiography.He is member and fellow of the American College of Cardiology and has published several articles on various cardiovascular topics.
