Amir A. Schricker, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist who specializes in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. His research focuses on investigating mechanisms of atrial fibrillation. He has co-authored many abstracts and journal articles, and his work has appeared in Journal of the American College of Cardiology, Circulation: Arrhythmia and Electrophysiology, and Journal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology, among others.Dr. Schricker completed fellowships in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at UC San Diego School of Medicine, where he also completed a residency in internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. Dr. Schricker holds a master's degree in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
