Overview
William Kriegel, D.O., earned his medical degree from A.T. Sill University of Health Sciences in Kirksville, Mo. He completed his family medicine residency at Normandy/Deaconess Hospitals in St. Louis, Mo. He received his undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Kriegel was in practice at WellStar Medical Group for 19 years. Dr. Kriegel is board certified in family medicine and earned a certificate of added qualifications (CAQ) in sports medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Georgia Osteopathic Association, and Cobb County Medical Society. In his spare time, Dr. Kriegel enjoys walking his dog, cycling, swimming, and photography. He lives in Atlanta and is married with one son. Dr. Kidwai is certified in advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support and neonatal resuscitation.
