Overview
I am grateful for the opportunity to practice cardiology and to improve people's lives in truly meaningful ways. My clinical practice is focused on patients with advanced heart failure, pulmonary arterial hypertension and complex valvular disease. Modern medicine is complicated, and I strive to help patients and families understand their conditions and treatment options as completely as possible. I work with patients to develop an individualized treatment approach that best satisfies their goals of care. It is a privilege to practice at Duke. We have extensive resources, broad expertise, and access to novel treatment options to help patients improve their quality and quantity of life. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, running, hiking and spending time with my family.
