Overview
Benjamin Himes, MD, PhD, MHS, is an attending physician and Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at Montefiore Einstein. He specializes in cranial neurosurgical oncology, particularly in the treatment of intrinsic brain tumors in eloquent regions, including awake surgery with motor and speech mapping. Dr. Himes is particularly interested in the treatment of low-grade gliomas and glioblastoma.
