Overview
A native Denverite, Dr. Vera attended Regis Jesuit College for his undergraduate studies. He earned his medical doctorate from Michigan State University in East Lansing and completed a residency in family medicine with Saginaw Cooperative Hospitals Incorporated. Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Vera has served his community as a doctor for more than 30 years. His clinical interests include diabetes and hypertension.“I am passionate about serving the underserved. But I love treating patients of all ages. I will do my best to work with each patient and treat them as if they are my family.”Dr. Vera is a second-generation American of Mexican descent (and proud of both). When not working he enjoys riding bikes, going to the mountains, golfing, skiing, vacations in warm destinations and flea markets.
