Dr. Daniel S. Menees is an Assistant Professor in the Cardiovascular Medicine Division at the University of Michigan. He currently serves as the Program Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program. After completing his medical school training at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, he did his residency in Internal Medicine followed by fellowship in both Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology at the University of Michigan. In addition to fellow education, his interests include complex and high risk percutaneous coronary interventions (CHIP) and he directs the Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) program. Additionally, he is actively involved in the TAVR program and has both clinical and research interest in percutaneous mitral valve therapies.
