We also recognize that in order to improve outcomes in lung transplants, there must be significant advances in the prevention and treatment of chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD). Therefore, we support clinical research efforts to this end, participate in the most promising trials, and provide our patients the opportunity to enroll in them.
