Overview
Dr. Mary Lowrey is a psychiatrist double Board Certified in General Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Florida State University (F.S.U.) Honors Program. She completed her medical degree from the University of South Florida (U.S.F.) College of Medicine in 2002. She continued her journey at the U.S.F. Department of Psychiatry, where she completed both her General Psychiatry Residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training.
Dr. Lowrey's approach to helping is grounded in compassion, empathy, and an excellent bedside manner. With extensive experience in Outpatient and Inpatient psychiatric settings, she provides comprehensive care to children and adults of all ages.
As a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Florida Psychiatric Association, she bring diverse clinical experience to her practice. She has served on staff at several not-for-profit hospitals in Pinellas County, including Mease Dunedin and Morton Plant Hospitals. Additionally, she was the Medical Director for community-based services for children and young adults in Pinellas County.
