Dr. Baruch D. Kuppermann is board-certified UCI Health ophthalmologist who specializes in macular degeneration, eye inflammation and retina and vitreous surgery.He earned his medical degree at the University of Miami in Florida and PhD in neuroscience at the California Institute of Technology.
