Prakash Satwani, MD specializes in the use of bone marrow transplantation to treat children and adolescents with leukemia, lymphoma, or hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. Dr. Satwani and colleagues also evaluate reduced-intensity bone marrow transplantation preparative regimens, which use lower doses of chemotherapy with the hope of decreasing short-term and long-term complications without compromising the effectiveness of treatment.
