She also completed fellowships in hematology and medical oncology at Louisiana State University Health in Shreveport, La. and integrative medicine at Arizona State University in Tucson, Ariz.Dr. Armaghany is board-certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine.Dr. Armaghany serves as President of the Texas branch of the Iranian American Medical Association. She is also a member of American College of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society, SWOG Cancer Research Network, Harris County Medical Society, International Society of Liver Cancer, and the Texas Medical Association.
