Parin Parikh, M.D., FACC, is a native Texan, having grown up in Plano and attended Plano Senior High School. He graduated from Yale University in New Haven, Conn., with honors and obtained his medical degree at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Md. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. Currently, less than five percent of the procedures in the United States are being performed using this new, innovative approach.Parikh also has specialty training in non-invasive cardiac and vascular imaging, including echocardiography, stress tests, nuclear medicine and peripheral vascular ultrasound studies. David Parrish, M.D., was born in Lawrence, Kan. He received a bachelor's degree from Baylor University in 1988 (majoring in Spanish) and his M.D. degree from the University of Kansas in 1992, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
