Dr. Sebastian Rubino, MD, is a neurosurgical oncologist specializing in the neurosurgical treatment of brain and spine tumors, as well as treatment of spinal and general neurosurgical pathologies. Before he completed his training, he served as Chief Resident for the Department of Neurosurgery.
