David Eisen, M.D., is a transplanted Texan. He moved to Texas in 1984, where he founded Cardiac & Vascular Center of North Texas. He is the past chief of staff of North Hills Hospital, and is the medical director of the Cath Lab at Texas Health HEB. He was the principal investigator for the Capture I/II trials, a post-market surveillance study for endovascular treatment of carotid arterial disease.Dr. Eisen is board-certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, Internal Medicine, and Interventional Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is fellowship-trained in Cardiology and Cardiac Angiography and Intervention.
