Dr. Sharat Koul

Dr. Sharat Koul earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Virginia and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. He completed medical training at the Cleveland Clinic.Dr. Koul has served communities across the country, working at hospitals and medical centers in Evanston, Ill., Chicago, Lexington, Ky., Atlanta and Danville, where he served as medical director of Vascular Disease and Limb Preservation at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Dr. Koul has spent the last 15 years in the cardiovascular field as an interventional cardiologist and medical director.
