Dr. James Richardson

Stephen Y. Chan MD, PhD, is a cardiologist and is certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is director for the Vascular Medicine Institute as well as director for the Center for Pulmonary Vascular Biology and Medicine.
