Dr. Leal is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon specializing in adult cardiovascular surgery and general thoracic surgery. His professional interests include treatment of complex thoracic aortic disease, coronary revascularization, minimally invasive aortic valve replacement, arrhythmia surgery and cardiovascular circulatory mechanical support (LVAD and ECMO). He currently serves as an assistant professor in the TCU Burnett School of Medicine in Fort Worth.
