He then went on to complete his residency in Otolaryngology at University of Michigan Hospitals, where he served as Chief Resident.Dr. Evans is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is affiliated with Sutter and Mercy Hospitals in Sacramento.
