Overview
Dr. Hamilton grew up in Colorado, spending most of the time on a ranch in Wetmore with horses, bison, cattle, dogs, cats, and various other critters. After graduating from CU Boulder with a degree in electrical engineering, he worked in high tech for seven years, then transitioned to teaching social studies for three years before falling in love with medicine, neurology and epilepsy in particular. Dr. Hamilton earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine at Anschutz in Aurora. He completed an internal medicine internship at St. Joseph�s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, a neurology residency at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix and most recently, an epilepsy fellowship at the University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, Colorado. Board certified in neurology, Dr. Hamilton�s clinical interests center around epilepsy.

Outside of work, Dr. Hamilton is passionate about traveling, banging on pianos, listening to symphonies, and doing typical outdoor Colorado things.
