Dr. Carter Hemphill is board certified in cardiovascular diseases, interventional cardiology, endovascular medicine, nuclear cardiology and internal medicine. Dr. Hemphill completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology at Texas A & M College of Medicine/Scott & White Hospital.
